Classic Modern Bed with Night Stands (Mid Century Danish Modern Style)

This bed and nightstand set is designed and hand-crafted by yours truly in Long Beach, California. The furniture pictured is built from solid walnut, but I can use other woods upon request. The design is my own, inspired by the Scandinavian furniture of the 1950s. All joinery is mortise and tennon, which means its built to last forever. You will pass this bed on to your kids (if they are cool).
The bottom of the bed is 8 1/2 inches off the ground, and the top of the headboard is about 39 inches off the ground, and there's about 13 inches from the top of the slats to the bottom of the headboard. The total footprint of a queen bed is 65" x 85". For a king, it's 81" x 86".
The headboard size and placement can be customized to your liking and/or mattress size. The nightstand drawers open and close with ultra smooth soft-close hardware. I am of course happy to take orders for just the bed without the nightstands or vice-versa.
